Do not Give Up

    Sometimes we feel so tired. We think that we should give up now. We feel like no one hears us and like so lonely. These conditions happen especially when we work for spreading Islam. Sometimes, when we tell about Islam a person who is not Muslim, we notice that he does not listen to us. Maybe he listens but he cannot understand even if we speak logically. Also, we tell Islamic rules a Muslim who underestimates religious rules. However, as if he does not hear us, he does not try to change his wrong behavior. After these kinds of situations happen to us most of the time, we begin to give up to tell about Islam. We start to think that every person will act regardlessly if we tell about Islam. And then, we decide not to tell about Islam. But is it true? NO! Because Allah (swt) orders that;

"Then would you possibly leave [out] some of what is revealed to you, or is your breast constrained by it because they say, 'Why has there not been sent down to him a treasure or come with him an angel?' But you are only a warner. and Allah is Disposer of all things."

Hud 12

      We should not give up because of people's attitude against us. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was exposed to the bad attitudes of p
eople more than we were exposed. And, He did not give up by taking refuge in Allah. Also, He was knowing that He was just a warner. Namely, He knew that he did not have the power to make people Muslim. Except for Allah, no one has the power to do it. People can be a Muslim only by virtue of Him. And, we should not forget that we are only the occasion. When someone finds the true way by virtue of us, never think that it is from us. It is from Allah.Just be thankful to be able to be an occasion...

      Bazen çok yorgun hissederiz. Artık pes etmeliyiz diye düşünürüz. Hiç kimse bizi duymuyormuş gibi hissederiz. Ve çok yalnız gibi. Bu durumlar genelde İslamı yaymak için çalıştığımızda daha çok ortaya çıkar. Bazen Müslüman olmayan bir kimseye İslamı anlatırken, bizi dinlemediğini farkederiz. Belki bizi dinliyordur ama mantıklı konuşmamıza rağmen bizi anlamıyordur. Ayrıca, İslami kuralları küçümseyen bir Müslümana dini kuralları anlatırız. Ama sanki bizi duymuyormuş gibi, yanlış dvranışını düzeltmeye çalışmaz. Bu tür olaylar çoğu kez yaşandıktan sonra, İslamı anlatmaktan vazgeçmeye başlarız. Her insanın umursamaz olacağını düşünmeye başlarız İslamdan bahsettiğimizde. Ve artık İslamdan bahsetmemeye karar veririz. Bu doğru mu? HAYIR! Çünkü allahu Teala şöyle buyuruyor:

"Putperestlerin: "Ona bir hazine indirilmeli veya yanında bir melek gelmeli değil miydi?" demelerinden senin kalbin daralır ve belki de sana vahyolunanın bir kısmını terkedecek olursun. Sen ancak bir uyarıcısın, Allah her şeye vekildir." Hud 12

     İnsanların bize karşı olan tutumlarından dolayı vazgeçmemeliyiz. Sevgili Peygamberimiz (sas) bizim maruz kaldığımızdan daha kötüsüne maruz kaldı. O Allahı sığınarak vazgeçmedi. Ayrıca, O sadece uyarıcı olduğunu biliyordu. Yani, O birini Müslüman yapmaya gücü olmadığını biliyordu. Allah'tan başka bu güce sahip olan kimse yok. İnsanlar sadece Onun sayesinde Müslüman olabilirler. Ve, bizim sadece bir vesile olduğumuzu unutmamalıyız. Bir kişi bizim vesilemizle doğru yolu bulduğunda, bu bizden olmuyor. Bu Allah'tan oluyor. Sadece vesile olabildiğimiz için şükretmeliyiz...
